This item contains 12x 200ML bottles of our new shelf stable product without any alcohol (0,00% VOL) of the variant Rosa Rugosa. This variant is infused with Rosa Rugosa petals, which are coming from a farm in Finland that has specialised in growing wild beach roses.

Pairing
Rosa Rugosa is perfect for desserts, cheese, or as are refreshing interlude in your menu. The floral and berry notes harmonize with all types of berry-based desserts. Its creamy texture and rosehip aroma also pair well with vanilla ice cream. Rosa Rugosa’s sweet finish complements aged and blue cheeses with finesse. All our variants also work well as apéritif.

Tasting notes
Colour: Inviting, summer-like dark pink.
Nose: Delightfully elegant and refreshing nose. Dominated by the scent of pickled rosehips, oolong tea, and a mix of strawberries and raspberries.
Palate: Creamy, almost panna cotta-like texture, light vanilla, yet still with underlying tones of rosehip and summer berries. The acidity is present and keeps the drink lively. Pleasant sweet finish.
This bottle is closed with a MCA-screw top.
Just like champagne the ideal serving temperature is 8°C.
